Murder Mystery Weekend- These are perfect if you’re planning in advance, as you can take on and embody a persona. So, get your glad-rags on, get your bling on and make yourself up, be prepared for an on the edge weekend, as your friends are slowly picked off one by one. Who will be the last one standing?!

Haunted Hotels- Do you dare? This is not for the faint hearted. There are hotels, inns and castles all over the UK that offer a disturbing stay, with horrific haunted histories. More and more haunts even offer overnight investigations. Will you last the night? Or be scared to death?

Ghost Walks- Want something to shock or fright one night? Join a city ghost walk, almost all UK cities have one. They are steeped with history, freaky facts, and you may even experience some “thing” go bump in the night.

Evening with a Medium- You’ll either be mesmerized or disappointed. Read reviews before booking tickets to make sure they have the experience necessary to put on a good show.

Urban Exploring- Watching your pennies, but still have an alternative experience? Simply go walking, without a set journey in mind. Find an abandoned hospital, castle, house on your travels… and explore. Be sure you are not trespassing, and that the building is not condemned. Now go out and explore!
